Openlayers for the Web2.0 magic (50 lines of javascript) and
ports/geo/openbsd-developers/files/OpenBSD for the coords. Updated more or less daily (or not) if the latter changes.
Check umap for a much more modern version of this map, using the same GeoJSON for points.
